The AMPIVIEW® NSP (AS) DNP RNA Probes set is a ready-to-use in situ hybridization (ISH) probe, powered by Enzo’s LoopRNA ISH™ technology, for chromogenic detection of a non-specific probe (NSP) sequence with no significant homology to human tissue RNA. NSP probes establish the baseline nonspecific background signal in ISH assays, enabling accurate interpretation of specific probe staining results and confirmation of assay specificity. in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cells. The probe is DNP-labeled and detected using an unconjugated anti-DNP linker followed by a polymer-based POLYVIEW® PLUS detection system combined with HIGHDEF® chromogens and counterstain, visualized under a standard light microscope.
