The AMPIVIEW® EGFR (AS) DNP RNA Probes set is a ready-to-use in situ hybridization (ISH) probe, powered by Enzo’s LoopRNA ISH™ technology, for chromogenic detection of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR, ErbB-1/HER1) RNA or DNA/RNA. EGFR is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase and major oncogenic driver in non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors, and a key research biomarker. in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cells. The probe is DNP-labeled and detected using an unconjugated anti-DNP linker followed by a polymer-based POLYVIEW® PLUS detection system combined with HIGHDEF® chromogens and counterstain, visualized under a standard light microscope.
