The AMPIVIEW® Ig-kappa (AS) DIG RNA Probes set is a ready-to-use in situ hybridization (ISH) probe, powered by Enzo’s LoopRNA ISH™ technology, for chromogenic detection of immunoglobulin kappa light chain (IGKC) mRNA, produced by B-cells and plasma cells during humoral immune responses. Light chain restriction (predominance of kappa over lambda signal) detected by RNA-ISH indicates clonal B-cell expansion, aiding in the characterization of B-cell lymphoma or plasma cell myeloma. This DIG-labeled version is intended for workflows using DIGX® anti-digoxigenin detection. in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cells. The probe is DIG-labeled and detected using an unconjugated anti-DIG linker followed by a polymer-based POLYVIEW® PLUS detection system combined with HIGHDEF® chromogens and counterstain, visualized under a standard light microscope.
