The AMPIVIEW® GAPDH (AS) DNP RNA Probes set is a ready-to-use in situ hybridization (ISH) probe, powered by Enzo’s LoopRNA ISH™ technology, for chromogenic detection of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), a key glycolytic enzyme constitutively expressed in virtually all mammalian cell types. GAPDH mRNA is highly abundant and stable, making it an excellent housekeeping gene control for verifying RNA integrity and assay performance in ISH. in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cells. The probe is DNP-labeled and detected using an unconjugated anti-DNP linker followed by a polymer-based POLYVIEW® PLUS detection system combined with HIGHDEF® chromogens and counterstain, visualized under a standard light microscope.
