PDGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor

A potent inhibitor of PDGF receptor tyrosine kinase (IC₅₀=1 µM). Also inhibits FGF receptor tyrosine kinase and c-kit. Induces apoptosis in a small-cell lung cancer cell line (H526).
