As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we continuously review our portfolio to ensure it aligns with our strategic direction and enables us to deliver an even higher level of service.
After careful consideration, we have made the strategic decision to wind down the Axxora marketplace, phasing it out effective April 1, 2026.
Going forward, we will concentrate our resources on a more streamlined portfolio of Enzo Life Sciences branded products, along with a select group of leading Axxora partner products – available directly through the Enzo catalog and website. This will enable us to deliver a better customer experience with improved lead times and strengthened technical support.
Your Questions Answered
Will some Axxora products remain available? Yes. A select group of our most frequently-purchased Axxora Marketplace products will continue to be available directly through the Enzo catalog and will continue to be available on our website.
How long will the phased-out Axxora Marketplace products remain available? Axxora Marketplace Products that are being phased out will be removed from our website on April 1, 2026, but will remain available for purchase until June 30, 2026. This extended window is intended to give you sufficient time to make any adjustments.
Will my procurement platform be updated? If any of the affected products are currently integrated into your procurement system, or if you have purchased them within the last two years, our commercial team will proactively reach out to you within the next month to assist with the transition and ensure continuity for your operations.
