Buffer salts in 10x PBS-T wash buffer in E. coli host cell protein ELISA kit, ENZ-KIT127 has precipitated upon storage at 4°C. Is this usual and how to dissolve the salts?
On occasions, buffer salts precipitate out of solution at 4°C. Warming the bottle containing buffer at 37°C and frequent vortexing would help to dissolve the salts back into solution.
