- DigX-labeled — use with anti-DigX antibody-based detection
The DigX HPV HR-15 Probes Set is a ready-to-use in situ hybridization (ISH) probe for chromogenic detection of 15 high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes (HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, and 82) in FFPE tissue sections, fresh tissues, freshly fixed cells, and cell block preparations. The probe is DigX-labeled and compatible with any high-definition chromogen or automated detection system. The signal is brown when HRP/DAB chromogen is used, or red when red AP chromogen is used. All products are Research Use Only (RUO).
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a group of related DNA viruses. High-risk HPV genotypes are associated with HPV-related conditions of the cervix, oropharynx, and anogenital tract. This probe set simultaneously detects HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, and 82 in a single hybridization, enabling broad-spectrum identification of active high-risk HPV in tissue specimens. In situ hybridization (ISH) is a molecular technique that uses labeled nucleic acid probes to detect and localize specific DNA sequences directly within tissue sections or cells.
