Enzo suggests using 50 – 100 µg of Cot-1 DNA per sample when hybridizing the DNA labeled with the CGH labeling kits to Agilent arrays, is that correct?
The suggested amount of Cot-1 DNA in the protocols is correct. However, there is no theoretical reason why Enzo's kits would require more Cot-1 DNA than Agilent's kit and the amount may be adjusted according to user requirements.
