PAF receptor ligand

Inhibits PAF-induced platelet aggregation (IC₅₀=8.4 µM) and collagen-induced aggregation (IC₅₀=84.2 µM) with no effect on arachidonic acid or ADP induced aggregation. Inhibits PAF-induced bronchoconstriction in vivo in the guinea-pig (69% at 1.0 mg/kg).
