  1. Purchase one or more Enzo branded antibodies.
  2. Test them for any application or species within 3 months of receipt.
  3. If your antibody isn’t delivering the expected results, simply fill out the Technical Support form, and our team will collaborate with you to troubleshoot and optimize the protocol, ensuring the best possible experimental outcomes.
  4. If the Enzo antibody still doesn’t perform, we’ll credit your account for the full purchase price, plus shipping costs.

Terms and Conditions for Worry-Free Guarantee

  1. Definitions.
    • “Enzo,” “Our,” “Us,” or “We” means Enzo Life Sciences, Inc., a New York corporation with a principal office located at 21 Executive Blvd., Farmingdale, NY 11735.
    • “You” or “Your” means the individual, company or other legal entity that is purchasing the Enzo branded antibodies pursuant to this offer.
    • “Unsuccessful Evaluation Results” refer to instances where the antibody fails to meet its stated performance in terms of specificity, sensitivity, or consistency. Examples include but are not limited to: (1) non-specific binding whereby the antibody shows cross-reactivity with unintended targets; (2) insufficient sensitivity whereby the antibody does not detect the target protein at expected levels; and/or (3) failure in designated applications, whereby the antibody does not perform as expected in recommended applications or species.
  2. By making this purchase, You hereby accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound hereby.
  3. The Worry-Free Guarantee offer (“Worry-Free Guarantee”) is only applicable for Enzo branded antibodies (i.e., Product identification codes starting with ENZ-, ADI-, BML-, BPD-, ALX-, and AG-).
  4. To receive the credit refund (no cash refunds will be provided), You must submit Unsuccessful Evaluation Results to the Enzo Technical Support Team through the link above within three (3) months following Your receipt of the antibody and after working with Enzo application scientists to unsuccessfully troubleshoot the issue.
  5. All credits that You receive pursuant to the Worry-Free Guarantee are valid for six (6) months following the date of Your receipt of such credit and can only be applied by You to orders on Enzo.com.
  6. The Worry-Free Guarantee applies to direct customers only. It is not valid for bulk or custom orders.
  7. The Worry-Free Guarantee is void where prohibited by law or institutional policy.
  8. You acknowledge and agree that We may discontinue providing the WORRY-FREE GUARANTEE at any time in Our sole discretion.
  9. No Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU HEREUNDER OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE WORRY-FREE GUARANTEE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  10. Proprietary Rights. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, We reserve all right, title, and interest in and to the antibodies sold to You by Enzo, including all related intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to You hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.
  11. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the internal laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Each party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Enzo and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, between You and Enzo concerning its subject matter.
  13. Modifications. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to You.  Any changes and modifications will be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, as posted on the Enzo website.
  14. Non-transferable. The Worry-Free Guarantee is non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred by You.
