ZytoLight® SPEC ATM/CEN 12 Dual Color Probe

The ZytoLight^® SPEC ATM/CEN 12 Dual Color Probe is designed for the detection of deletions affecting the ATM gene as well as for the enumeration of chromosome 12. In chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), recurrent alterations include deletions at chromosome 13q12, 11q22.3, 17q13, and 6q21, trisomy 12 and IGH translocation. It was shown that compared to the absence of cytogenetic abnormalities, 17p13 deletion conferred the worst prognosis, followed by 11q22.3 deletion and trisomy 12.
