Caspase inhibitor
Irreversible and cell permeable broad-spectrum caspase inhibitor. Inhibits Fas-mediated apoptosis in Jurkat T cells and apoptosis in THP.1 cells induced by diverse stimuli (including cycloheximide, thapsigargin, etoposide and staurosporine). For cell free assays use Prod. No. ALX-260-020.
