PARP5a inhibitor

Potent inhibitor of Tankyrase 1 (IC₅₀=11nM) and Tankyrase 2 (IC₅₀=4nM). Inhibition of tankyrase promotes stabilization of axin resulting in β-catenin degradation and Wnt signalling disruption. Inhibits proliferation of the μ-catenin-dependent colon carcinoma cell line DLD-1. Promotes cardiomyogenic development in mesoderm progenitor cells.
