Suppresses the release of nitric oxide (NO) by inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS; NOS II), PGE2 by cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), proinflammatory cytokines, MCP-1 gene expression and NF-κB activation. Antioxidant.
