Reconstitute with BS or medium (≥50µg/ml) containing at least 0.1% HSA or BSA.

Soluble in water and most aqueous buffers.

Produced in E. coli as a 132 aa fusion protein with an N-terminal His-tag sequence and a thrombin cleavage site dimerized in vitro.
