Demethylase inhibitor

Inhibits prostacyclin synthase. Monoamine oxidase inhibitor. Effective small molecule inhibitor of histone demethylation. Inhibits the demethylase BHC110/LSD1 (IC₅₀<2μM). When combined with a GSK-3 inhibitor, it causes reprogramming of human primary keratinocyte transduced with Oct4 and Klf4.
