Biological Activity |
Induces apoptosis at 0.1 and 1.0µg/ml, in primary cultured mouse hepatocytes, in the presence of cycloheximide (5µg/ml) or actinomycin D (0.5µg/ml). Induces apoptosis in Jurkat cells (a TRAIL-sensitive human cell line) at 1µg/ml, within 3 hours. Inhibits secondary clonal expansion of mouse CD8+ T cells in vitro (50ng/ml and greater). |
