Topoisomerase II Immunoprecipitation Kit

The immunoprecpitation (IP) kit contains the key reagents and protocol for immunoprecipitating p170 human topo IIα (Prod. No. TOP-2000H). The method should work well with other cells besides human cells. For example, mouse, rat and monkey cells will cross react with topo II antibody (Prod. No. TOP-2011-1). The antibody is specific for p170 (topo IIα) in human (HeLa) cells and although it is presumed that it will behave similarly in other species with cross reactive topo II isozymes, this should be carefully evaluated.
