Tissue (mouse) Blot I

Mouse Tissue Blot I is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries 8 different mouse tissue lysates with 15 µg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins in a wide range of molecular mass are separated in a 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes.
Custom gel percentages between 7% and 15% may be available upon request.
The mouse tissues included in Mouse Tissue Blot I are brain, colon, heart, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, and spleen.
