Choose a good quality enzyme-linked anti-mouse IgG2b antibody for detection).General suggested starting dilution is 1:20-1:50.Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Specificity	Recognizes actin isotypes α and γ of smooth muscle cells. This antibody labels leiomyosarcomas and leiomyomas but does not react with other neoplasms such as carcinoma or lymphoma. Except for myoepithelium, it is nonreactive with other mesenchymal and all epithelial cells.
