Elastase inhibitor

Potent and selective leukocyte elastase inhibitor (IC₅₀=44nM). Displays various anti-inflammatory activities including attenuation of LTB₄-induced neutrophil migration and serum cytokine levels. Reduces acute inflammatory lung injury in vivo.
