rTth DNA Polymerase (5U/μl), 10 x Buffer, Dilution Buffer, 2mM dNTPs. This enzyme is derived from Thermus thermophilus HB8 and is a heat-resistant DNA Polymerase. Under the presence of Mg2+, it has polymerase activity and adds dNTPs to the primer 3′ termini of the template DNA. Just like Taq DNA Polymerase, it is widely used in PCR.
