PDE inhibitor

Selective, potent cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase inhibitor (PDE IV, IC₅₀=2µM). Inhibits superoxide generation and platelet aggregation stimulated by arachidonic acid. Also inhibits fMLP-induced neutrophil adhesion to vascular endothelial cells.
