Diacylglycerol lipase inhibitor

Diacylglycerol (DAG) is an important cellular source of arachidonate which may be released by the action of DAG lipase. RHC-80267 selectively inhibits DAG lipase activity in canine platelets (IC₅₀=4 µM), bovine adrenal chromaffin cells, human adrenal glomerulosa cells, rat thyroid lobes and pancreatic minilobules.
