TRPA1 activator

Produced from the bark of Drymis winteri. Naturally occurring drimane sesquiterpene found in water pepper (Polygonum hydropiper) which has been used in folk medicine for a variety of indications. Potent and selective activator of TRPA1 (EC₅₀= 400nM).
