Polyclonal Antibody to APP (CT)

Western Blot (dilution 1:500-1:1000).

Liquid. 100µg purified rabbit IgG in 200µl PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.

Raised against a peptide (PSC-2136P) corresponding to C-terminal (aa 737-751) human amyloid A4 protein precursor (APP) [2] or aa 85-99 of the C99 fragment generated by β-secretase cleavage [3]. The peptide sequences are identical to those of monkey, mouse, rat, chicken, and a variety of other species.

Murine brain tissue lysate (Prod. No. PSC-1403) can be used as positive control.

From rabbit.

Recognizes human, mouse and rat APP. Detects a band of ~102kDa by Western blot.
