Pseudosubstrate sequence from human PKCζ (113-125) completely conserved in rabbit, rat, mouse and Xenopus. Sequence is also identical in human PKCι; (114-126) and mouse PKCλ. The N-terminus is myristoylated to allow cell permeability. Peptide inhibitor of atypical PKC’s (calcium/phorbol ester/diacyglycerol insensitive). Useful in conjunction with the Myristoylated PKC (20-28), Cell-permeable PKC Inhibitor (BML-P205).
