Phosphotyrosine Molecular Weight Marker

Reconstitute with 500µl water. After complete solubilzation add 500µl
SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90°C for 5 min.
Do not use nitrocellulose membranes!

A mixture of the following phosphotyrosine modified proteins:
galactosidase (114kDa),
phosphorylase A (94kDa),
conalbumin (78kDa),
BSA (67kDa),
ovalbumin (47kDa),
carbonic anhydrase (30kDa),
soybean trypsin inhibitor (21kDa).

Pre-blended as lyophilisate (lyophilized from PBS/0.1% SDS/PEG/sucrose malachite green).

~50-100 tests.

Molecular weights of the marker proteins differ slightly from the molecular weight of the corresponding non-modified proteins.
