Phosphoprotein Enrichment Kit

2 Columns, prepacked (1ml bed volume)
2 x 50ml Washing Buffer (10x, yellow, pH 5.5)
1 x 50ml Elution Buffer (10x, red, pH 8.0)
2 x 50ml Lysis Buffer (1x) for cell/tissue extraction
1ml Sample Buffer (5x, pink)

– Lysis buffer does not contain phosphatase inhibitors (may be added prior to use; do not interfere with purification).
– All buffer concentrates must be diluted with distilled water to prepare 1x solutions.
– Kit does NOT contain 3% acetic acid which is required for reconstitution and storage of the column.
