P-glycoprotein inhibitor

Selective P-glycoprotein (Pgp) inhibitor. Effectively reverses Pgp mediated drug resistance in NCI/ADR cells, but has no effect on the drug sensitivities of MCF-7/VP cells that overexpress MRP1.
