For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 – 10 µg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Species independent

Recognizes Ser-O-GlcNAc and Thr-O-GlcNAc in eukaryotes. Interaction between the antibody and the Ser- or Thr-O-GlcNAc epitope can be blocked by competition with free GlcNAc.
