CDK/cyclin inhibitor

1,000-fold more potent inhibitor of CDK1/cyclin B (IC₅₀=9.5nM) and CDK2/cyclin A3 (IC₅₀=5.4nM) than NU2058 (Prod. No. ALX-270-394). Selective for CDK1 and CDK2 compared to CDK4/D1 (IC₅₀=1.6µM), DYRK1A (IC₅₀=0.9µM), PDK1 (IC₅₀=0.8µM) and ROCKII (IC₅₀=0.6µM).
