Application Notes	Recombinant muIg control protein was engineered to be a negative control for muIg-containing fusion proteins in flow cytometry applications.
MW	Predicted non glycosylated monomeric molecular weight: 27.8 kD. In SDS-PAGE, the protein migrates at ~55 kD non reduced, and ~30kD reduced.
Source	Produced in CHO cells. Soluble molecule consisting of a residual murine CD8 signal peptide (aa 1-13) and linker fused to the Fc and hinge regions of mouse IgG2a (aa 14-246).
