Met-AMC

Fluorogenic substrate for methionine aminopeptidase 2 (MetAP2) (k_cat/K_m=1.1 x 10 M^-1min^-1; K_m=310 µM) or aminopeptidase N (K_m=377 µM). Ex.: 380 nm, Em.: 460 nm, although the following Ex/Em can also be used: 355,375/440,450. This substrate is useful for inhibitor screening and kinetic analysis. Also available: fluorogenic calibration standard AMC (BML-KI144).
