Elastase substrate

Highly sensitive substrate for neutrophil elastase (leukocyte elastase) (K_m=130 µM), but not granzyme H. This substrate can be used for in vitro assays with purified enzyme, on live cells, or in conditioned medium. Ex: 380 nm, Em: 460 nm.
