This peptide, EDPIYEFLPAKKK, was identified through phage display as a high affinity substrate for both Lyn kinase (Km=24 µM) and Syk kinase (Km=17 µM). The three lysines on the C-terminus allow this peptide to be used in phosphocellulose kinase assays.
