LEXSinduce4 Expression Kit (contains the episomal vector pLEXSY_IE-blecherry4)

This kit contains the vector pLEXSY_IE-blecherry4 for inducible production of recombinant proteins from episomal expression constructs. It combines the advantages of inducible protein expression with amplification of target gene copies for enhanced transcription by T7 RNA polymerase in an engineered L. tarentolae expression host (Kushnir et al. 2010). In addition, the blecherry gene on the vector provides a tool for selection and for screening of recombinant clones as well as for monitoring induction of target protein expression by Cherry fluorescence.
