Functional Application (blocking).

Soluble dimeric fusion protein consisting of the extracellular (213aa) domain of  human CD275 (truncated to remove a protease cleavage site near the C-terminus of the extracellular region), a linker (2aa), and murine IgG2a Fc + hinge (233 aa).

Produced in CHO cells.

Binds with high affinity to cell surface ICOS expressed on CD8 positive human T cells.
