Reagent for nitrite detection

Reagent for the determination of nitrite (NO₂^–) in biological media. Consists of 1 part 0.1% naphthylethylenediamine dihydrochloride in distilled water plus 1 part 1% sulfanilamide (or sulfanilic acid) in 25-50% acetic acid.
