The GFP-CERTIFIED® FLUOFORTE® Reagent (Non-AM) is the most sensitive fluorescent calcium indicator relative to other commercially available red fluorescent dyes. It can be used for detecting intracellular calcium mobilization across a broad spectrum of biological targets. Esterase hydrolysis is not required for live cell analysis via flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.
