The FlexISH® NTRK1/NTRK3 DistinguISH™ Probe is designed to detect rearrangements affecting the chromosomal region 1q23.1 and 15q25.3 harboring the NTRK1 and NTRK3 gene region, respectively. The treatment of patients with NTRK fusion-positive cancers with a NTRK inhibitor is associated with high response rates, regardless of NTRK gene, fusion partner, and tumor type.
