TRPV1 antagonist

A cell permeable, non-pungent TRPV1 antagonist (K_i=5.95µM in rat) that induces apoptosis in U937 cells. Inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production. Also inhibits tumor cell migration in vitro. Is effective against multidrug-resistant cancer cells. Inhibits angiogenesis.
