Topoisomerase inhibitor

A DNA-intercalating antitumor agent. Inhibits DNA topoisomerase II. Inhibits the phosphorylation of p53 in Lewis lung carcinoma cells and induces apoptosis. Inhibits cytochrome P-450-1A1.
