Lyophilized from a 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS.

The recombinant human DR6/Fc chimera has a calculated molecular mass of 40 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as a 50 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing condisions.

Reconstitute with 50 µl sterile deionized water. For long term storage or for preparation of more diluted working stock solution, a carrier protein (e.g. 1% serum albumin) should be added to the vial.

Produced in HEK 293 cells.
