Potentiates PKC activity

Inhibitor of diacylglycerol kinase in intact cells (IC₅₀=0.12µM) and in isolated membranes (IC₅₀=0.3µM). More potent analog of R59 022 (Prod. No. ALX-430-027). Useful for elucidating roles of protein kinase C (PKC).
