Di-MANT-2’3′-cGAMP

Potentially membrane permeant, fluorescent analogue of the metazoan cyclic dinucleotide second messenger and STING activator c[G(2′,5′)pA(3′,5′)p] (aka cGAMP(2′-5′) or 2’3′-cGAMP, Cat. No. BLG-C161), where both, the 2′- and the 3′-hydroxyl group at the ribose moieties, are esterified by the fluorescent MANT group. The fluorophore (λ_exc 355 nm; λ_em 448 nm) has a certain sensitivity for its environment and can change its spectral properties upon binding.
