Detergent Screening Kit

The AthenaES™ Detergent Screening Kit allows researchers to determine the best detergent for the refolding of their protein. The kit contains 6 individual popular detergents. It is most often used as the first step in a two-step protein refolding protocol. Each detergent was selected for its proven ability to enhance protein folding and solubility, especially with proteins where hydrophobic interactions limit solubility.
