We do not recommend to use this cGMP analogue due to its lacking potency and selectivity. The metabolically released N2-monobutyryl cGMP is only a poor activator of cGMP-dependent protein kinase, while butyrate can disturb seriously with own effects. 8-pCPT-cGMP (Prod. No. BLG-C009) or other cGMP analogues are much better and selective agonists.
BLG-D010-250 (5 x 50 µmol pack size) is not sold in the U.S. or Canada. Please contact us for available options.
