Fluorescent probe for NO detection. Cell permeable.

Cell permeable photo-stable nitric oxide (NO) fluorescent indicator, that is hydrolyzed to DAF-FM by intracellular esterases (Ex: 500nm; Em: 515nm). Stable in a pH range of 5.5-12. High yield (quantum efficiency). Detection limit 3nM. Not for sale in Japan.

Handling & Storage

Use/Stability	As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. Prepare 500-fold dilution (~10µM) in phosphate buffer (0.1M phosphate, pH 7.4) immediately before use. BSA, phenol red and amines may affect the fluorescence and must be used with caution. Do not store diluted solutions.
Handling	Protect from light. Keep under inert gas. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
